thoughts about ethics

You shouldn't say things about someone behind their back that you aren't willing to say to them in person. Talking crap about someone behind their back just proves you're a coward.

Just my thoughts about this of course. I don't want to be party to that behavior either because I think it's wrong. "Assume good faith" isn't such a bad rule either.
